  NTOA Grant Course FREE Tactical Explosive Breachers Course Las Vegas. NV   2010 will be the fourth consecutive year that Forced Entry Tactical Training has provided an entire course FREE to members of the National Tactical Officer Association, as part of the Grant Program. We are proud to have a built a strong relationship with the NTOA and even prouder to be able to get training out to officers and agencies that are struggling with budgetary issues. This year we will select another 20 officers from 10 agencies across the country to attend 6 days of Explosive Entry training in Las Vegas, NV.
